If you order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately!
Shipping Damage: If you order arrives damaged, please take pictures and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep all packing materials and contact us within 1 business day.
Defective products: If your product is defective, we will replace it at no charge, and will refund the full price plus shipping. Return shipping charges will be credited back to your account once we receive the product.
General: To return a product please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Dissatisfied with Product: If for any reason your purchase is not what you expected, or you do not want it, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. All refund items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and will be provided a tracking number.
- International orders will ship via the least expensive method.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
All sales in the State of Illinois are subject to Illinois Sales Tax at the rate of 8.75%.
